What if my product is damaged?
Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the packaging for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, including damage to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to open the package at the time of delivery but suspect there may be damage, be sure to write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item arrive damaged, simply send photos to support@wonderplayventures.com, and we will process a replacement or refund—usually within one business day.
