Shipping Methods:
Most orders are shipped via our trusted third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. For items that require freight shipping, we will contact you to arrange a curbside delivery appointment. Please ensure that a valid phone number is provided during checkout to facilitate the delivery process.

Return Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we won't be able to accept the return.
Shipping Costs:
If the item is broken or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Defective or Broken Products: If your product is defective or broken, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We will assist you with the return process at no additional cost. Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will provide a replacement or refund, including the cost of shipping.
Change of Mind Returns: If you decide you no longer want the product, you have 30 days to return it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will need to cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will refund the cost of the product, excluding shipping charges.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed to the payment method used within 7 business days. Please note, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.
